Skinny

first of all I DID NOT THINK OF THIS. i found on another blog and thought it was really smart and creative and since im on tumblr 24/7 this will get me motivated to get fit before the end of the year.

as soon as you leave this link please message me with the word “SKINNY”. im begging you, i need to get fit/skinny before my goal time is up. ♥ when you do send me it i have to do the following :

  1. 20 crunches.
  2. 1 minute of situps.
  3. 15 pushups.
  4. 40 starjumps.
  5. 35 squats.
  6. 1 minute plank hold.
